Divinity - Spirits of place

Spirits of place are not full fledged Gods or Goddesses. Spirits of place are local, tied to a specific place. Spirits of place can develop in living places and in places that are around/associated with living places.

On a Living Planet, Spirits of place could be:

• the whole planet itself
• a body of water, lake, river
• a mountain
• a forest, grove or glen
• a waterfall
• a cave

Spirits of place could also be:

• a moon overlooking a living world
• a comet in a system with a living world
• other planets in a living system
• the star of a living system
• a star forming gas cloud or nebula
