Order of Service

Start with a light meal
give time for people arrive
   good warm up/adjustment time
   people are in a better mood once they eat
   Want everyone to feel welcome, all can eat
   Can be simple food.
   Not too much that people want to fall asleep.
   Mixture of pot-luck and standard provisions
   A mixture would spread the cost yet always make sure there is something 
Atunement
   Bell or chime
Group worship
   Singing or responsive reading
Up lift
      a speaker or message to lift up a princile, cause or character trait 
Application
       a interview or report highlighting the application
Closing/grounding
       hold hands
       song
       benidiction
Snack and tell

After the communion of the service, people need to adjust back to real life. A bit of structured sharing might help and help people get to know each other or understand common causes better. Can be changed if it starts elevating people into haves and have nots.

A member, couple, family or sub-group of the church prepares coffee and light snacks and sets up a table to explain something interesting about themselves

A member explains their hobby, Job, accomplishment. Something where we get to know them better. And perhaps a chance to learn something we did not know. Perhaps could be a book report or report of conference or seminar of interest. Can also be an interview of a local group or agency
