After the communion of the service, people need to adjust back to real life. A bit of structured sharing might help and help people get to know each other or understand common causes better. Can be changed if it starts elevating people into haves and have nots.
A member, couple, family or sub-group of the church prepares coffee and light snacks and sets up a table to explain something interesting about themselves
A member explains their hobby, Job, accomplishment. Something where we get to know them better. And perhaps a chance to learn something we did not know. Perhaps could be a book report or report of conference or seminar of interest. Can also be an interview of a local group or agency
