Genesis of Consciousness - Chapter 1

The Emergence of Consciousness

New generations recieved instincts/information from several sources:

From this an awareness started to form. In some ways it was a reflection of the watching Egregore. In some ways it was its own Egregore. But it did not start out as a watcher, it started out as a receiver. It's own internal receiver. Some sense of receiving the information being passed to shared with it.

Since it was receiving from external sources It was separate from those external sources. And this lead to the first sense of 'me'. A 'me' separate from 'other'.

So Consciousness did not arise from outward generated observations or actions of an individual. Not from what it saw, or did, Nor from an accumulation of self accomplishments. But from receiving helpful information from outside itself. From receiving aid from various sources. From receiving support.

Thus Consciousness, the sense of 'me', 'i' or 'self', is a response from the care, support and nurturance invested in a being.
