Each universe has a separate set of constants in the basic laws of physics.
These constants govern the expansion and development of the universe.
The Universe will continue to follow these parameters until it runs its course and breaks down.
The process in which a universe develops and declines is known as Time. Time is the measurement of the universe as the basic laws of the universe run its course.
Thus each universe has its own Time or Timeline. This Timeline exists within the universe. It starts with the birth of the universe, and ends with the end of the universe.
